We were a party of 6 and wasn't sure what our best value was. The Lady at the counter helped us get the correct family meal to please everyone. She brought our food out to the table and asked if there was anything else we needed. Very happy with our visit to the new Long John Silvers in Oak Ridge.

We noticed the manager smoking in the parking lot while other customers came in and placed their ordets with Joseph S. indicated on our receipt. The manager came back in and two other workers came in shortly after the manager did Our meals were given to us at 8:00 pm on the dot. Joseph S. who had taken our order apologized for our wait. We've had great service at this Long John Silvers #32141 location up until tonight. We eat there at least once a week.

The second time I went and my box was half ccrumbs. I did contact the person and let them know but I didn't get answer back.
