I have been through the drive thru here once but this is the first time to eat in. The restaurant is very nice. The employees were wonderful. We were a party of 6 and wasn't sure what our best value was. The Lady at the counter helped us get the correct family meal to please everyone. She brought our food out to the table and asked if there was anything else we needed. Very happy with our visit to the new Long John Silvers in Oak Ridge.

Food good, both young women at counter around 2pm today were pleasant and wonderful to work with. Food was hot, chicken was good, fish was flaky, crumbs were crumbling. Will be back. Take my money Long John Silver's of Oak Ridge.

My husband and I met to eat at Long John Silvers this evening. He ordered our 2 senior fish meals with 1 extra piece of fish at 7:24 pm. We noticed the manager smoking in the parking lot while other customers came in and placed their ordets with Joseph S. indicated on our receipt. The manager came back in and two other workers came in shortly after the manager did Our meals were given to us at 8:00 pm on the dot. Joseph S. who had taken our order apologized for our wait. We've had great service at this Long John Silvers #32141 location up until tonight. We eat there at least once a week.

The food was really good there were some nice good people in there working. They got my first order wrong but when I went back in but made me what I was missing fresh. The second time I went and my box was half ccrumbs. I did contact the person and let them know but I didn't get answer back.
