The counter staff was charming and friendly. I stopped in because it was within walking distance and was the only place open on a late Wednesday That said, the food was mediocre at best. The Bistek El Salvodorena was tough as a boot sole and drowned in stewed tomatoes and onions. I can't think of how to mess up black beans and rice, but they managed spectacularly.
