Recently went to this location and ordered a small chocolate milkshake for a family member. The attendant charged the app but then realized that they didn't have the product. They said they couldn't refund the money so they told me they would give me a personal iou, another product, etc. I said chocolate shake or refund. They said they couldn't do that and the manager wouldn't pick up the phone. After twenty minutes of arguing with me and numerous customers delayed behind me the attendant finally gave the $7.30 in cash. What a hassle and piss poor customer service. Should be 0 stars. Stay away

Every time I come here, I swear it will be my last but unfortunately I continue to try and give it the benefit of the doubt. Truly the most incompetent and slow Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I wish it wasn’t the one closest to me, because every time I come I am more and more surprised at how slow & unprofessional a chain location can be without getting shut down by corporate. It doesn’t matter if you place an app order 30 minutes before you get there - it will never be ready when you arrive even when the store is empty, and it will also rarely be correct or if it is correct, there is a 50/50 chan

I’m a frequent Dunkin’ customer, but I’ve had enough of the unprofessional behavior from Joseph at this location. On two separate visits, he’s been openly rude, to include shaking his head, sighing loudly, and giving gruff, irritated demeanors for no reason. It’s uncomfortable and completely unacceptable for customer service. He also seems to hate dogs, which is strange for a drive-through where so many customers bring their pets. I’m definitely done purchasing food from this location. The regular employees that take your order are great, but the product I get to take home is not. Numerous times I have ordered my food a specific way and when I get it, it’s nothing like I asked. I specifically ask for less butter spread And it ends up being caked on, to the point where it’s dripping all over the place. Today was the final straw, I asked for less butter and whoever made my bagels, decided it would be funny to cake it on like cream cheese spread, it’s actually thicker than cream cheese spread.
