I came in late on a Sunday, so it was quieter than it would be during other times. I ordered a caramel latte and it was promptly made and got to me. Prices are reasonable, pos is modern so no issues paying for it. The cafe is very clean and cared for. Staff is helpful and attentive. There's a lot of seating and it wouldn't be hard to push tables together for larger parties. The cushioned chairs at the head of the lobby are very comfortable. The wooden chairs at the tables are ergonomic and have a cushion at the seat. Which means they were also pretty comfortable for me to sit in. I'm not exactly a little guy, so this is important. My hot, caramel latte tasted as it should and was quite creamy. It was on the sweeter side, which is great. A lot of places offer a flavored drink and you get a "breath" of that flavor. I like coffee, but I like flavors too. You may consider asking for a half-sweet of this drink if you prefer the coffee flavor to be more front and center. But I
