November 22, 2025 stopped by ordered an orange 🍊 scone for mom and I got a value duet smokehouse bbq chicken 🍗 sandwich 🥪 with a side of tomato 🍅 soup 🥣 and bread 🥖 total was $12 used my $7 off coupon in the app! February 27, 2026 got Panera bread 🥖 for dinner used my coupon in the app for a free large blueberry 🫐 lavender lemonade with a $5 purchase so got the Asiago steak 🥩 bagel 🥯 sandwich! $8.55 total

The staff ignores you. With no lines , they stare at you and do not come to the register. The bathroom is unclean. Worse run Panera. The manager needs to teach the staff professionalism. Clean your restaurant and greet your customers. Never will return to this location. Avoid it.

Very disappointed. Twice now, not once but twice they have messed up my Togo order. The first time I gave them grace and dealt with it. I ordered a grilled chicken avo blt and they gave me a chipotle chicken sandwich. I couldn’t eat it because it was too spicy for me but I just dealt with it. However, today the manager rang me up but I did not realize this at first. I asked for the cheesesteak ciabatta, I even asked her how it was and would she recommend it. She did. Imagine my surprise when I get home to only find out that once again I have the chipotle spicy chicken sandwich definitely not a

Stopped in for lunch take out and ordered the chicken and wild rice soup. I am hoping it is just this location and not Panera in general as I don't eat here often, and never will again after today. The soup used to be thick and creamy with cubed chicken breast. Today, it was watered down with grease floating on top, crunchy vegetables, barely any rice, and the chicken was chunks of chicken fat and skin. It was so disgusting I couldn't eat it. Thankfully, the bread was good as that is all I was able to have for lunch. Servers were polite and efficient, so again, hoping this is not the norm, but
