Occupying a space at industrial-alike area, the place somewhat looked like a converted warehouse but did make sense knowing they had the roastery on the spot. We loved the huge and humble open space with warm-welcoming baristas who made intentional effort getting to know the consumers. We got their Macadamia Nut Latte as we’re indeed on the quest of comparing this signature flavor from all across coffee shops we visited in town. Order at the bar and then wait for your drink to be called out. I tried a cortado with macadamia nut milk and an ube muffin. They have several vegan options and milk alternatives. It was fun to see how many regulars came in and see the baristas greet them by name. They are laptop friendly, host events and have swag and beans available for purchase.
