Making a stop here as we’re around the east part of the island and trying to get our caffeine of the day. Occupying a space at industrial-alike area, the place somewhat looked like a converted warehouse but did make sense knowing they had the roastery on the spot. We loved the huge and humble open space with warm-welcoming baristas who made intentional effort getting to know the consumers. We got their Macadamia Nut Latte as we’re indeed on the quest of comparing this signature flavor from all across coffee shops we visited in town. The best coffee I’ve ever had. Hidden away in an industrial park, this place is an absolute gem. The location is unexpected, but the coffee is simply outstanding. The team is incredibly friendly, the pastries are excellent, and every cup is crafted with real care. A must-visit for any coffee lover.

Tradition Coffee Tour was excellent! Sarah (our tour guide) was so sweet and extremely knowledgeable. We loved learning about the history of the company and all the things she taught us about coffee. The coffee tasting portion was awesome...Sarah had picked some great choices for us to try and it was so much fun to make our guesses and learn about each choice. Look for the coffee flag for the turn off just past the quarry. There are a few parking spots right up front and more beyond. Order at the bar and then wait for your drink to be called out. I tried a cortado with macadamia nut milk and an ube muffin. They have several vegan options and milk alternatives. It was fun to see how many regulars came in and see the baristas greet them by name. They are laptop friendly, host events and have swag and beans available for purchase.
