Indiana Holloway★i don’t know when this dunkin location became so horrible in customer service but i’m so disappointed. the iced matcha latte is almost $7 and they filled half of my MEDIUM with matcha and the other half with cold foam. i asked the to remake it and pointed it out and they filled THE SAME CUP with more ice and cold foam. the customer service was awful and i’m big on customer service. i called so they can try to reimburse me and make it right, no answer. do not visit this dunkin. the auburn location is so much better!

Jamie Pursley★Save your time and sanity. This is the slowest dunkin I have ever been to. I can order ahead and it doesn’t matter, I still wait 20 minutes for food. My order is right 50% of the time, and the people who work there act like they hate their job and everyone around them. We’re done giving this location chances, we’ll drive across town to the other store instead.
Jennifer Hilton★Since when do you have to ask for whipped cream ? That's what i was told , plus it don't taste like toasted chocolate and it's not fully frozen . awful customer service when i asked about it . i won't be back
