Today I had a terrible experience during my visit to this IHOP. We had never experienced anything like this before. When we arrived, no one came over to help us or offer us a table. After a few minutes, a young man approached us. He seemed very confused—I’m not sure if he was the host—but he tried to help us, although he appeared somewhat disoriented. Then the manager, or at least someone who seemed to be the manager, told him to seat us.
