I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ Donuts customer for years, always respectful and always buying something. But what happened at this location shocked me. The moment I walked in — without even staying long — the staff treated me like I wasn’t welcome. They didn’t even let me order before calling the cops on me for absolutely nothing. I wasn’t rude, loud, or causing any trouble. Luckily, the plaza security guard stepped in and told the police he’d handle it himself because even he saw how unfair and unnecessary it was. I came through the drive-through and Lisa made my blueberry Matcha with two extra pumps of the liquid sugar and cold foam on top and it was delicious!!!! She was extremely sweet with Great customer service!

I ordered this meal for my child, and it arrived completely burnt. This is very disappointing and unacceptable, especially for something meant for a kid. I didn’t ask for it to be overcooked or extra crispy—just a normal, edible meal. Please pay more attention to food quality. I hope this doesn’t happen again.

They charged me separate for a sandwich The sausage and the cheese and the bagel that cost one price.for it to be the main dunkin on cottmen Ave by the plaza it really sucks I mean in the morning time they need to properly trained Their employees stop over charging me I called corporate I hope they do something
