The cocktails and dishes were delicious, but service was a little distant. I am no lush but could have been offered more, more frequently! Was not clear on who my bartender/server was, as responsibility seemed shared. Nice people, overall. A unique experience, indeed.

A neat dish of plain rice is served separately; Impeccable, I could eat it every day. The seviche is perfectly balanced - the acidity is not too aggressive, it simply makes the fish slightly denser to bite. Three (or four?
