Vanessa Glenn★★★★Puerto 27 is a fun one to check off the list! The atmosphere is airy, casual, and bright. Fantastic view of the ocean (but not beach) from everyone seat. The cocktails and dishes were delicious, but service was a little distant. I am no lush but could have been offered more, more frequently! Was not clear on who my bartender/server was, as responsibility seemed shared. Nice people, overall. A unique experience, indeed.

A neat dish of plain rice is served separately; Impeccable, I could eat it every day. The seviche is perfectly balanced - the acidity is not too aggressive, it simply makes the fish slightly denser to bite. Three (or four?
