We have been to Rosemont several times and wanted to try something different for food so we came to Big Chicken. The asian gentleman at the counter was very nice. He made sure to answer our questions about the food. After placing our order i went to the restroom. I noticed it was very dark in there. Not sure if that was on purpose or not but you definitely need better lighting in there. They called our number and I went to get the food. The chicken tenders were very good and juicy. I ordered the dirty fries as an upgrade. But after trying them it was not worth it. There was barely any toppings

First time trying Shaq's restaurant, and possibly the last. Big expectations, yet low satisfaction. I feel like Big Chickens failed to deliver on several fronts. Ordered their Nasville hot chicken sandwich meal, which came with a fountain drink and crinkle fries. While the lemonade and crinkle fries were on point, the sandwich was a disappointment. Where's the chicken in the sandwich, as it was skimp'ish and absent (check out the pictures). Also, the cook gave me a plain chicken sandwich versus the Nashville hot. So, if you want great fries and lemonade then this is a great spot. Maybe go som

First time here & it was good. Service was great for sure. I asked a our cashier for his recommendation and he recommended the Jerome Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. It turns out his name was actually Jerome as well (a coincidence) and I’m glad I took his recommendation. It was definitely a good sandwich. The fries were a little salty for my taste but I know that’s a personal preference. Overall I’m glad we came to try it before our Disney on ice show.

Sooooo good I went back the very next day! 😄 Seriously though, checked this place out with my son and ordered the #4 sandwich with fries & shakes - 🔥! So I doubled back with the hubby for the #1. 😋 Day 3 I just may go by myself. 🤣 Also, service was great. We were greeted upon entry. The worker helped to make sure we customized the sandwiches to our liking, and food came out in a decent time.
