Thomas Sutton★This is my $13 mac & cheese burger (The Ultimate), which had exactly five noodles on it and a bun sized chunk of onion that was deep fried. Both the sandwich and the fries were cold and not worth eating, and they don't even include a drink with your meal. This place is extremely expensive, and this was strike three for me. It was great when it first opened, but it's just getting worse and worse now. Side note, if you do go, you'll still be waiting for 10 minutes or longer for this sad excuse of a meal. Don't waste your money or your time.

I ordered a 3 tender plate, a 5 tender plate and an original snack tender. My tenders were dried out and tough. The toast was burned, the fries were cold, the coleslaw was dry and my sandwich was drenched in sauce. I called to report the order to the manager to find out that HE DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH. I ordered: •A chicken sandwich with coleslaw •Chicken dunks •Fries •A watermelon cooler •An extra coleslaw The biggest issue was that multiple items were not the same as what Big Chicken originally served. First, the coleslaw has completely changed. When I first had it, it was flavorful and spicy with jalapeños. Now it’s just plain, overly creamy, and bland with no taste at all.
