jane val★★★★★We took a ride to City Barbecue in Park Ridge. It's about thirty minutes northwest of Chicago. I ordered a combination plate with Pulled Pork and Beef Brisket. The plate came with cole slaw, beans and a piece of bread. Really delicious and really moist. The location is very clean and employees are very friendly.

The brisket i took home was superb even. My initial impression in September was that the owners put huge $$$ into the smokers they have. I used to work BBQ prior using a $30k industrial smoker that had 8 racks, and each rack a was 12 ft long. It was a carousel like smoker. Without seeing the insides of the smoker, from examining the outter smoker parts - I could deduce that the THREE of them cost a pretty good amount... then the smell of the wood hit
