I went to get my meal as usual . I always requested to them to cook hash brown extra because most of times inside is not cooked. I asked same thing today for extra cook. That Nepal employee at register got attitude he was mad and started arguing for that. And he told me go to other Dunkin' Donuts. Of course i will my money I won’t come back to that store where people don’t know what is customer service is. There is lots of food store. regardless I will get my food somewhere else. This place employs are rude and don’t have customer service at all If i have an option to give -start⭐️ I will. U

It was a quick visit. Nothing special. I purchased a sour dough bread sandwich, munchkins, a coffee cake muffin, and a coffee roll. The sandwich was really good, munchkins and coffee roll were delicious. Cashier was nice and friendly. The inside was decently clean. The inside is set up for social distancing. Will revisit.

“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ inside Mondawmin Mall for years now, and it’s one of the better ones in Baltimore for convenience. The coffee is always fresh and strong—iced coffee is my go-to, and it’s never watered down. The donuts are usually good (glazed and Munchkins are always fresh), and the breakfast sandwiches come out hot and quick. Staff is friendly most of the time, and they remember regular orders, which is nice. My daughter got a lemonade strawberry dragonfruit refefresher with less ice as is her custom. It was one million out of ten. Even though the mall looked closed, the dunkin was steadfastly open, and the service was speedy.
