Nino Brown★I ordered 10 cinnamon crunch bagels. Almost ate one of them when I noticed a strand of hair on it. Threw the whole plate away and went to check the others. Found another strand of hair on another bagel and decided to throw the whole order in the trash. Yeah, I'm never going to this location again.
Netta B★★★Food is over priced. I ordered the goddess chicken Cobb salad, and I kid you not, the meat tasted like bologne. The place was a ghost town when I walked in, no wonder. This was my 1st time eating at Panera. I seriously Don't see how they are still in business
Ioana Bodiu★This place used to be ‘posh’ . It has lost it’s charm, went from 4.5* to Zero. Staff is refusing to comunicate when you asked about an order with status ‘ready 15-20’ minutes ago, rude staff all around front and back, food is sloppy and cold cuz jt was forgotten on some shelf somewhere. If I pay you almost $20 I definitely don’t need. A Baguette with some tomato on it! Very sad!
Angel★I really like coming here to study, especially during finals season because the seating is comfortable and the overall vibe is cozy and perfect for focusing. That is honestly why I keep coming back, but my experience with the staff tonight was frustrating and disappointing. Around 7:40 PM on May 3rd, I was standing at the counter waiting to order and I was the only person there. At least five staff members walked past me, made eye contact, and did not acknowledge me at all. It did not seem busy, so it was confusing to just be ignored like that.
