The Blue Eyed Cocaire★★★Outback Steakhouses have traditionally been an easy go to for a good consistent meal. I stopped at this location. Very great staff behind the bar. And even some of the staff that was working the tables I could tell were professional. I got a caesar salad and 8 oz sirloin steak. I like pepper and I like herbs and spices. Spices should accent the dish not ovwrwhelm it. The caesar salad had so much pepper in it I thought I'd ordered a side of pepper that happened to have some salad in it. Same with the steak. I don't know why they put some kind of pepper rub on it but the time I got done eating
