Our elementary teachers and staff recently held our end-of-the-year luncheon at Sergio's in Pinecrest. The restaurant is really nice. I love the outdoor seating area. They have heaters outside. We sat inside. There were three of us. The waitress was nice, but she really struggled! She kept forgetting things. We had to ask over and over for things. She was just a little bit lost and spaced out. She was not attentive. She did not come to check on us during our meal. So I give 2 stars for service. The tip of 18% was included, but not really deserved. My friend and I both ordered the grilled mahi mahi. It was market price and we paid $19.99 each. I love this Sergio’s location. I’ve been here a few times already, and the service has always been fast, which I really appreciate. I usually order to go, and everything is consistently on point.I normally go for the empanadas (they never miss) and the iced coffee, which is perfect every time. The food is hot, fresh, and packed well no complaints at all. Everyone who works here is super nice and welcoming, which honestly makes a big difference. You can tell they care about the customers.
