I have come to this Sergio’s location countless times and I am never disappointed. The food portions, flavors and presentation are all which add to the experience. It is a place filled with servers who act and respond in kindness and understanding. They are quick to clarify or answer any questions you may have on the menu; and they never stop developing new things. It is a place of classic Cuban flavors with the ambiance of a family friendly place. Authentic Cuban flavors in a relaxed setting. The food was the highlight—delicious and well-seasoned. While the prices are fair, the service was only average, and I noticed the floors were surprisingly slippery, which felt like a bit of a safety hazard. Overall, it was a solid experience that could easily earn five stars with a few minor operational tweaks.

Went to lunch with my kids. I ordered the lunch special 1/2 a sandwich and soup. Order the chicken soup and the half sandwich of chicken salad. The chicken soup is always so good but the chicken salad was not what I expected. The bread that they use was nice because it was crunchy. My kids had the ropa vieja and the arroz imperial. The arroz imperial was yummy, but room temperature (I do like my food extra hot). Overall, this place is always good. The server we had was not too friendly.

I love this Sergio’s location! Reyna is my favorite waitress. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. From all the locations, the one in SW 107 Avenue is in my opinion, the best!
