Won't allow bathroom use without purchase. Does not follow order instructions that are clearly printed on. Won't take orders in person at the cashier due to being busy. Minimum 15min wait at all times of the day. Faster to drive through since if you block the drive through, they have to get your order done or risk holding up the line. Workers are good except the ones who walk around in slow motion. Manager has attitude asking why I won't leave when they never completed my order which clearly has all of the drinks listed. Gross cold hard sandwich! I feel so disrespected.im guessing someone didnt pick up their door dash so i got stuck with their food or something but i cant think of any other reason my dandwich was given to me the way it was! The majority of the staff working are VERY disrespectful, rude, and awful. The majority of the staff also cannot follow directions for orders and get them wrong. One old female worker was also not wearing a glove on one hand, and her bare hand touched my food while preparing it. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
