Usually served with over easy eggs or eggs scrambled and incorporated into the dish for breakfast. I went wth the red sauce. The texture was perfect. I like to have a little crunch when I take a bite. Sometimes the chips can get softened when cooked in the sauce too long. Not the case here though!
