Doesn't look like your typical restaurant/diner from the outside but they have better options than most restaurants. They are known for the catering service but here you can sit and enjoy inside dining. Has a cafeteria vibe. You order at the counter from salads, sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs, eggs ...you name it, and customize the way you want it then after paying they bring it out to your table. Plenty of tables. We had the Italian chicken cutlet was great and big BLT and when they say 12 slices of bacon they mean it. I would come back again when in the area.

I live in the area and dine at Coliseum often. The food is always good and well prepared. Wide variety of different foods to eat. The pizza is as good as any others in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location.

I usually don’t enjoy mac and cheese, but Coliseum Kitchen completely changed my mind. Their version was perfectly creamy without being overly cheesy or heavy. The shell pasta was cooked just right—al dente, not overcooked or mushy—which made every bite really satisfying. It’s clear they put extra care into getting the balance and texture just right. Definitely one of the best mac and cheese dishes I’ve had, and a pleasant surprise for someone who typically avoids it! So worth the carbs!
