Today I stopped at Panera Bread for lunch. I was greeted nicely but was shocked to be told that they do not take $100.00 dollar bills. Why in the world would a restaurant chain tell me such a thing. There are so many tools available to them to ensure the integrity of the bills they are taking. I really should have walked out and found some place else to eat.

I ordered on the kiosk so I can't comment on the staff. But I can say at the end of my salad I found a very disappointing hair in my food. Which is not mine. Big bummer. Also, the $16 salad is a bit overpriced for what you get.

Took 25 minutes to get the food Forgot my other half of the sandwich which was an extra $5 Paid $27 for half a sandwich, a cup of soup and a regular pepsi...crazy

I have ordered two tomato soup bows with other foods and they did not served soup with croutons. This is a lousiness and playing with customers money. I hope they pay more attention to customers orders without doing cut corners. This is 2nd experience within few days as in previous experience ordered full bowl of salad and hard came in half full. I have called them back and they ask me to go and pick up croutons. What a stupidness to ask me to pick up when I am 6 miles away. If I don't get response to this review from Panera Bread, will put stop payment and write it to corporate office.
