Staff are very friendly, food is fresh and service is fast! The atmosphere is cozier than other locations with many private booths to choose from. I always make this location my go-to for a quick lunch. They always ensure to follow special requests and double check orders as well!

Food was good not outstanding but good. A 1/4 sandwich and cup of soup and a water times 2 for $35 dollars was ridiculous. It appeared clean and cashier was friendly. I’ve never been in there and was given a $25 gift card. I thought I’d treat a friend. I was shocked that my gift card did not cover the meals.

I have been going to this particular Panera since it opened in Bristol lately I have noticed there is a lack of customer service I went the other morning to order my lunch to go which I often do and when I was walking to the register she was punching in something in the computer she looked up and we had eye contact then she turned around and totally ignore me and walk to the back and started moving some carts with trays I figure she would come back to take my order but she didn't then I saw her look at my direction once again we had eye contact and she ignore me. I walked out at that point. I

Ryan the manager was the only reason I returned. I had a bad experience before with my food and he provided great customer experience and he is the only reason I came back. I love paneras food and will continue to come back as lomg as he is running the show. He knows what he's doing!
