This isn't the best online purchase! This dessert is a favorite. I wanted to enjoy it with my family; the Boston Kreme is our favorite. The order was for four Boston Kreme and two Double Chocolate. The mistake could be one donut, but four? That's terrible! I don't have time to drive to the store to exchange it. I hope you check the receipt for the next customer. To err is human, to correct is wise. Thanks 😊

this morning we stopped at dunkin for a sweet treat, and in true fashion, my daughter orders a fancy drink with add-ins, however we noticed the cold foam was missing before we left the drive thru, and they immediately fixed it. No harm, zero foul, but the manager brought us out a glazed donut for the trouble anyways, going above and beyond customer service standards, so this place deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ too many people quick to give low ratings for incorrect orders, they will fix it if you bring it to their attention politely

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I was not greeted when I walked in and waited about 15 minutes without being acknowledged. When I asked for the corporate number, the employee at the counter refused to provide it. Another staff member eventually helped, but I still left without receiving any service. This visit definitely fell below expectations.

Great milkshakes!! The guy who made them was actually working. However, whoever was in the lobby must’ve been friends of the workers but were talking SOO LOUD like they owned the place. Screaming over the counters at the workers I guess being funny when it was just awkward and embarrassing lol. If I was the owner id want to know. We were not the only customers either.
