I love Panda Express, but I have to say this Pleasant Grove location is the absolute best one, by far. The manager Xiulan is exceptionally kind and professional. In fact, all the employees are friendly and helpful. This restaurant is very clean and the food is always fresh and delicious. I have worked in the food service industry and I know what to look for in a restaurant to be reassured its a place I want to eat, and this Panda Express always passes the test. I believe its largely due to the diligent efforts of Xuilan that keeps it that way. I definitely recommend, 10 out of 10.

The fact that you guys text me and tell me that my food is ready and it wasn’t. It wasn’t even bagged. I watch the owner get up from EATING AN DIDNT EVEN WASH HER HANDS OR NOTHING NOT A GLOVE and bag MY FOOD THAT I ALREADY PAYED FOR PICK UP! So don’t order your food for pick up and expect it to be done and ready. Specially when the owner of the store doesn’t care to stay clean her self. A sense when do they lay the plates the opposite way?

At this point I really only go to panda for the nostalgia. I ate it a bunch as a kid so it has tons of happy memories, but I really only desire it every couple months. The food is unreasonably oily, and it really just tastes like it's been sitting for a bit 😂 but I will say the walnut shrimp with chow mein is totally worth it. The workers are great and super quick! Overall I really do like panda express, it just definitely isn't a place that I can eat more than once every few weeks.
