I order from here almost every week because my daughter loves the food but almost every single week I have to call or message with a complaint because their either mess the order up or the delivery driver just throws the food all over the porch. The quality checks need to go up by a substantial amount. There is no reason why weekly they are making the same repeated mistakes.

I always enjoy stopping by Panera Bread—it’s usually a special “mom day” treat. Today was no exception. The food was fantastic, and the person who took my order had such a bubbly, fun personality. I didn’t catch their name, but they made an already lovely experience even more enjoyable.

Team manager Travis treated us like an absolute inconvenience when we walked up. After attempting to order(which took about 15 minutes because he doesn’t know their Owen menu items) he visibly got pissed off becuase they were out of a certain kind of bread. We both told him any substitute would be fine and that was still clearly an issue with him. I’ve eaten here many times and have never had a good experience with him. How can you be management and have no customer service skills or menu knowledge. This location would be 10 times better without him here.

Cant review the service and atmosphere as this was a drive through order that was picked up for me. Order two total pick two's, somehow they only managed to get 3 out of 4 items in the bag ( yes the person who picked up should of checked). The other problem is that one sandwich was ordered without cheese, and wouldnt you know it, there was cheese on it. So in actuality we only got 2 out of 4 items. This isnt the first mistake they have made, but it is strike 3. No panera anywhere ever again. Doesnt take high intelligence to make a sandwich and put it in a bag, so it makes one wonder about who
