Either my chicken sandwich was already made and then torn apart to accommodate my no lettuce or they made my sandwich wrong, bagged it and realized it but either way super unprofessional when i literally watched your guy do it. There were no other orders so why is this happening? Do we take some accountability with the management or what because this is ridiculous. Do better!

I have always had less than great service at this burger king. If I am going to pay $6 to add stuff to the burgers, I expect the add ons to be there. Waste of my money and time.

So, ordered food for the family and was really disappointed in my burger. Yes I didn't order the most expensive item for myself, but at $4 a burger I would expect the actual burger to be more then half the size of the bun... but no, I ended up eating half a "cheese burger" without any actual meat on it. Next time I will go to just about any other fast-food place for same if not less in price and about 100% better quality.

This is an amazing restaurant the cookies are always fresh the employees are always attentive to be quite honest I think it's the best Burger King in town as far as customer service and from quality go
