See what a full fry looks like on their menu and see what I received. There is a huge difference. It’s almost like “bait and switch” or “deception”. I have spoken to the store manager and the area manager about this issue and it has never been resolved. Let the pictures speak for themselves. I have reported it to Door Dash also. Enough complaints and Door Dash will drop this restaurant from their list. I can’t wait until the Chipotle restaurant opens. They will get all
Tioni Hunsaker★★★★★This is a great restaurant! You can both dine-in and take-out at this Wendy's, which allows people with difficult scedules to still have time to eat her or pick it up and enjoy it! It is pretty nice in the inside, and has bathrooms which you can use for free. Service can sometimes be sliw during rush hour or on days where they are low staffed. The food here is delicious and tasty! I would come here again!
Ash★★There was so much sauce on my burger that it was oozing even after I wiped a hefty glob of sauce off of the top bun. There was a hair in my fries. And the person in the front had long greasy hair that brushed his shoulders. He went back and forth between handling food like fries with ungloved hands, the register, and touching his hair and face. The only reason this place got 2 stars is because there was a lady walking around cleaning things consistently, she was sweet and the dining area was clean and stocked perfectly because of it.

One time the amount of salt they seasoned the burger with was way too much and I couldn't even down it. They forgot my husband's chili last time and this time they didn't even put lettuce on my sandwich. The location in Chubbuck is way better. I never have issues with them
