All staff members were unbearably rude and moved as slowly as possible. We were told that one of the items we pre-paid for on our mobile order was out of stock and the manger refused to do a price adjustment. I had no choice but to wait since I already paid and was 20 minutes late to my 6 PM appointment. Now the sliders were good and were the usual quality of White Castle. I have no complaint about the food itself. Staff were friendly and respectable. But the wait time just totally killed it for me.
Motown Rocker★Decided to stop after work to grab a 10 sack of sliders and a small onion chip. After waiting 37 minutes I finally went in and asked what was going on. I was told they lost connection to the registers and they were being overwhelmed with online orders. I told them I understood, but I felt that they could have at least communicated that with me.
