Every customer that was spoken to within the 45 minutes it took to get our food this evening received positively horrendous service. All staff members were unbearably rude and moved as slowly as possible. We were told that one of the items we pre-paid for on our mobile order was out of stock and the manger refused to do a price adjustment. The burgers are delicious and so easy to eat too many.. easy dinner on the go , the chicken rings were fresh and loved how they tasted.. now ur fries are not salted and not good, they taste too bland.. maybe a Cajun seasoning on those fries as a suggestion..

Wednesday early dinner hour (5 PM) ordered a crave case not expecting it to take 46 minutes to prepare. I had no choice but to wait since I already paid and was 20 minutes late to my 6 PM appointment. Now the sliders were good and were the usual quality of White Castle. I have no complaint about the food itself. Staff were friendly and respectable. But the wait time just totally killed it for me.

Decided to stop after work to grab a 10 sack of sliders and a small onion chip. After waiting 37 minutes I finally went in and asked what was going on. I was told they lost connection to the registers and they were being overwhelmed with online orders. I told them I understood, but I felt that they could have at least communicated that with me.
