Everyone at this location is splendid and take great care of their customers. I frequent the establishment quite often and they always have my order ready and correct. Best Dunkin Donuts in town. The manager is an exceptional leader and the one employee, the beautiful blonde lady who I cannot recall the name of at the moment is one of the nicest people I have ever met in any service establishment of any kind in my many years of life. She is special and am always happy to see her

honestly your employee that has the red hair is actually so rude. For absolutely no reason. Literally gave me attitude from the moment I pulled up to the drive-through speaker. Then gave me attitude asking if I wanted three teabags in my tea. I don't know how many come in but I asked for an extra one obviously that means one additional teabag more than what comes in the drink. And then finally when I go to eat my wake up it literally literally looks so disgusting and mangled. I'm actually done coming to this location. This is the second time someone was rude to me for no reason.

I used the drive thru this morning to get an egg and cheese croissant and a large sweet tea. The young woman who took my order was incredibly kind and I feel that you should know how great of an employee you have. She complimented me as soon as I pulled up to her window and she has no idea how positively she has affected my day. I hope she sees this and knows that she is appreciated. Thank you.
