The experience was interesting. My friend and I approached hesitantly after seeing it pop up as a nearby food option. After seeing the tiny window, we weren't fully sure if we wanted to order or not. Two guys sitting nearby overheard and chimed in to encourage us to get the pizza and praised it. So, we felt we had to. We stood at the window for a few minutes before a worker noticed us. From there, we got our pizza pretty quickly. Maybe my expectations were too high, but the pizza did not live up to its praise in these reviews or from the two live supporters. It was okay, sure, but very greasy

Love the pizza here. I also like how I can buy it by the slice from the window instead of needing to go into Dante’s. Every time I come to the window and see a band playing I feel so tempted to go inside and buy a ticket. The walk up window usually goes quickly even if there is a line. Pizza starts at $4.50 a slice and goes up to $6.00. A whole pie is around $30 or more.

Good size slice of pizza. Decent price. It's literally a hole in the wall. Good chew on the crust, sauce is savory, not sweet. Good amount of toppings. Very limited seating around to enjoy your pizza and drinks. If you're in the area, it's worth a taste.

I confidently think it's the best by the slice that I've had. At least in Portland. Maybe ever? I definitely think it's embarrassingly better than the other "NYC" spots. Greasier, trashier, hotter, cheesier, saucier, tastier. It lives up to its name and location. Pizza you don't bring home to your momma. Bad news drunk pizza that tastes when sober like you remember pizza tasting like when you're drunk. I kind of wish it was in a different spot and had a different name, because then I could recommend it with a straight face. As it is, I kinda fall silent of someone asks me to recommend a pizza
