I ordered my usual iced coffee with less ice today and to my surprise this location has a new policy where if you order a drink with less ice you get less of your drink. I won't be returning to that location unless they lift this new policy. Here is a picture of a large coffee now.

This location is notoriously slow. You can guarantee you will sit in the drive through for 15-20 minutes before someone even comes on the speaker. The staff is nice and the food is fine but the service is always terrible. I am not sure if it is a management issue and/or short staff. Either way the service needs to be improved. American Runs on Dunkin, but not at this location. You won’t be running anywhere.

I Have many health issues and finding things to eat while out can be challenging, however I find the Egg & Cheese wraps are something I can eat with no issues. However the other day I got more than I am used to getting. Not sure What exactly what this is but driving down the interstate I knew something wasn't right, thinking it was a hard piece of tortilla I removed from my lip and about had a crash when I seen that it wasn't egg, cheese or tortilla 🤮 I pulled off interstate to further inspect and I'm not sure if it's an insect, piece of food or what but it's definitely not what I was expect

It's probably the most disappointing Dunkin' Donuts location I have ever visited. Stale hard bagel and cream cheese was barely there, let alone the extra I had requested. Coffee order was a 1/4 correct.got home and added my own cream and sugar. Staff seemed more concerned about their phones and daily going ons than customer service expectations. Will not re-visit.
