Several times now, I have come to this location after work to get a quick meal before taking the hour drive home and each time, my order is wrong. Today, 05/13/26 roughly @5:40pm I went through drive thru and order: #1 Del Taco with no shredded cheese, upgrade to chili cheddar fries sub shredded cheese for queso, and a regular size Dr. Pepper. I paid $12.04 in cash and didn’t receive my receipt. They handed my order to me as soon as I got to the window. I was waiting to eat my fries when I made it home simply because it’s hard to drive and eat and I’d rather not take chances. I get home to see

I was so very excited to see the Big Fat Taco back. It's one of the only reasons I would go to Del Taco, and I missed it terribly. Sadly this location has made them wrong 2 out of the 3 times I've been there to order in the past few weeks. Last night was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. They were busy, so both sides of the prep area were going. On one side of the prep the guy made the Big Fat Tacos properly by putting them on the grill to finish cooking. It was very clean inside. The staff there had amazing customer service. The food was hot and fresh. That's the best del taco I've ever had . The whole experience was outstanding. If your ever in gallop New Mexico you should definitely stop in and eat here you wont be disappointed.

Stopped by there a couple times a month. Grab something quick. Stopped in there around 4:15 today. Waited at the counter gentleman working. The Drive-Thru tells me we're not taking orders at the the counter. You have to use the kiosk. I advised him I'm unable to do that. I'm old especially when it comes to adding different sauces. I asked him can he help me? He said I can in a little bit and so if you can help me place the order on the kiosk why can't you just take my order?.
