D Mo★★Just ordered this about 15 minutes ago and brought it home, and the quality is BAD. This looks like something that was reheated and it tastes like it too. This wasn't at some "dead" part of the day either, this was shortly after 1pm with plenty of customers in the lobby. I have no desire to return this or come back. What a disappointment. At least the customer service was nice, but that's not what I'm paying for.

After going inside the team here at this Whataburger location immediately took care of my mistake. They let the other location know then remade my order. It was customized and they asked for all the details to make sure it was spot on. Boy was it, easily one of the best Whataburger experiences I have had. Kudos. Green Chili Double on Texas Toast with extra Green Chili. Delicious.
