Just ordered this about 15 minutes ago and brought it home, and the quality is BAD. This looks like something that was reheated and it tastes like it too. This wasn't at some "dead" part of the day either, this was shortly after 1pm with plenty of customers in the lobby. I have no desire to return this or come back. What a disappointment. At least the customer service was nice, but that's not what I'm paying for.

Never had a problem with wataburger my food is always good But today my mom's burger was under cooked. I told her to take it back to them she refused sed wataburger is ruined fore her now. Not me ill be back for more wataburger

I made the mistake of ordering to the wrong location and it took me a bit to realize. After going inside the team here at this Whataburger location immediately took care of my mistake. They let the other location know then remade my order. It was customized and they asked for all the details to make sure it was spot on. Boy was it, easily one of the best Whataburger experiences I have had. Kudos. Green Chili Double on Texas Toast with extra Green Chili. Delicious.

All I have to say is if you have a young teenager don’t take them here there’s a women here who would was looking at my 13 year old son in a subductive manner,I call the manger and she wants to say there is nothing she can do about it which is absolutely disgusting they need to watch there staff members i report your staff acting unprofessional and out of place and all you have to say is sorry can’t do anything about it disgusting behavior if I could leave a 0 review I would of
