I placed an online order that includes jelly, donuts, cream delight and Boston cream and when I picked up my order I got none of the donuts that I ordered. They didnt bother to even tell me they were exchanging ones or I wouldn't have gotten these. Its not what i paid for. What a waste

The tall light skin guy was very friendly and respectful and patient with other customers and maintained his composure with the difficult customers he came across while I was there. He's a excellent worker, he makes me proud of the younger generation of kids these days.

First off, I want to apologize to the lady that made my coffee even though you did a great job and mean well it's just me that is SUPER STRANGE. About how I want and the amount that's in the cup other than that, the 2 women that I encountered there are very precise, friendly, and quick with the highest level of service. Good going lady's

Mainly the atmosphere and the service are the reasons for this one star review. Not a single person in that location looked or acted like they wanted to be there—and thats fine—most people dont want ti be at work, but dont pass the bad attitudes to the customers and ruin their days. The cashier was literally laying her head down on the register while taking our orders. Playing their own music louder than the music in the restaurant—which was not appropriate for a public space.
