The owner daughter is very rude and need better customer service management. I will never go to this location again. I told my sister and brother-n-law not to go back neither and they go every Saturday and Sunday. I wanted be respected where im spending my hard earned money. I love this tim hortans the owners daughter Maryam she always has good customer service, fast service, a bright smile every time. Her smile lights up my day. I love coming her just to see her beautiful face!!! Whoever left bad reviews probably had the worst day and decded to take it out on this incredible establishment!! ❤️😘🫰🏻😁

This locations customer service really needs to be looked at. The young kids that work here especially the females always have an attitude, I don’t think making a black iced coffee and putting a dozen donuts in a box requires an attitude that is your job. Consistently I have came to this location and leave disgusted every single time. I will not stop going to Tim Hortons, but from here on out I will be driving to a farther location, just based on the constant bad customer service at this store. If/when the owner sees this, I don’t want to be compensated with any gift cards or any in store rewa

Order was incorrect through drive thru went inside waited back in line worker told me to go over to pickup counter. Proceeded to let person know order was wrong. He told me to wait proceeded to make multiple orders while I just stood there. He then said give me sandwich . Remade it with same items from old and put out back on counter without saying anything. When I noticed sand which was there he said what is wrong with you here take. So rude will never be back.
