This is by far the WORST location I have ever been to. I moved to the area a few months ago and am a frequent Tim Hortons customer. I have been to this location numerous times and every single time there is something wrong with my order. I’ve tried ordering through the app to pick up but my orders were wrong so I started to just order when I got there but my orders would still come out wrong. I pay from the app where they scan my phone so I can also get my points but I once had to show the young man at the drive through window how paying by phone worked because he had no idea what I was talkin

The customer service was rude and unprofessional. On top of that, my iced capp wasn’t even filled all the way and tasted watered down and burnt flavor. For the price, I expect better quality and basic courtesy. I will definitely not be going back.

The man doing food was nice and friendly. But the staff at register was not so much with me. They had time to stop and look at photos of the person in front of me and talk things up with her. But being in a hurry I was hoping to get in and out. After spending a few minutes with other person cashier was gone. Then another lady came to talk to other customer then finally take my order. Then the first one came back..... Ok that's fine but to top it off my drink tasted sour I don't know if bad cream or milk or whatever I sent $8 on a drink that I couldn't drink. I am typically at Tim's around 6:45-7:00am. The service is timely and efficient. The dining room is always clean and well lit. The coffee is hot and fresh. The staff members are always friendly and hospitable! Thank you for being consistently on point!
