I can’t say enough about what a treasure this local DD is! The management ensures a very clean business and staff are so well trained to help and assist. We are once a week regulars, and really enjoy going there. Today our server was Joshua (he’s waited on us before) and as always he was friendly, patient, and polite. This is a lovely establishment.

I normally go to Starbucks but I wanted to give it a try and get dunkin' ice coffee instead. There was a customer ahead of me asking if the coffee is medium goat or dark roast. Three employees could not answer her question so she told me to go ahead and order. I wanted to try the ice coffee. I asked for little ice and heavy cream. I had to repeat multiple times but later saw the employee adding water to my coffee from a stainless steel pitcher??????????? I normally dont say anything buy give a bad or good review. Starbucks employees are more knowledgeable and well trained. First and last time!

Almost swallowed this sharp peice of plastic in my milkshake. and when i called to speak to a manager they said they didn’t have one there. the young guy who made my drink should be fired.
