If I could give negative stars I would. We came in on a Sunday morning and it took over 40 mins to get our order. Shelly, the manager, is incompetent and is way over her head managing. There were 5 people working the line and we saw maybe 4 orders go out while we waited. She gave no direction to her employees to get the line moving faster. Also sat and watched one of the employees give over $40 of food to his friends while 20 people waited for their food. Terrible experience.

Today was my first time ordering from Einstein Bros. Bagels through DoorDash, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, but instead received a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. This was not a small mistake — I cannot eat bacon, so my entire sandwich had to be thrown away. I contacted DoorDash, provided photo proof, and thankfully received a full refund.
