I placed an order via the Panera app. When I hit the submit button there seemed to be a problem with the app. It didn’t place the order, yet it deducted the money from my credit card. I drove to the Richland restaurant, spoke to the manager about the situation and I was told that there was nothing they could do. They offered to make my order if I was willing to make the purchase again right there in the restaurant. Unfortunately this same situation had happened before when I was trying to purchase from the Kennewick restaurant. The manager at the Kennewick restaurant pulled up my account with

Decent lunch spot for when I want something less greasy. Good pastries, sandwiches, & salads but a bit overpriced for what they are. The side bread they serve with the salad is super tough and dry pretty much anytime I go here. I enjoy that I can order from the app at my table, which makes it much simpler to customize my orders. I also appreciate the different bread, cheese, condiment, and veggie options that allow me to make my sandwich exactly how I want it.
