Jennifer Eannucci★Terrible experience. They did not include plasticware as requested and we are on a road trip with no way to eat chicken parm and salads! The soup that we ordered also came in a coffee cup and was halfway full. It was a ridiculous portion maybe half a cup. When I called the restaurant to let them know what had happened. The lady hung up the phone on me. I’ve never had such a rude experience.

Brenda Brewster★This was a devastating experience. I had food delivered to me from DoorDash and I got so sick from a Talipia meal. I threw it all up after the third bite. I ended up with the worst food poisoning I ever experienced. I had not been to Lugos probably 10 years. Never had this problem before. It was surprisingly frightening to say the least. Will never return.
