Terrible experience. They did not include plasticware as requested and we are on a road trip with no way to eat chicken parm and salads! The soup that we ordered also came in a coffee cup and was halfway full. It was a ridiculous portion maybe half a cup. When I called the restaurant to let them know what had happened. The lady hung up the phone on me. I’ve never had such a rude experience.

Friendly staff, clean space. But the sandwiches didn't met our expectations. They were a bit small (considering the price) and extremely salty.

This was a devastating experience. I had food delivered to me from DoorDash and I got so sick from a Talipia meal. I threw it all up after the third bite. I ended up with the worst food poisoning I ever experienced. I had not been to Lugos probably 10 years. Never had this problem before. It was surprisingly frightening to say the least. Will never return.

Came and had the cobb salad and was not disappointed. Service was friendly, and attentive. They met all my expectations. I returned a second time (I'm from out of town) and ordered the teriyaki chicken plate. I will give guys the update later. #yum
