Panera Bread

I had a salad which contained probably 80 % white lettuce. Pretty poor excuse for a salad. The soup was fairly good. We only went there because Chicken Salad Chick was closed on Sunday. We hadn't been to Panera in years and now I remember why. And it will be years, if ever, before I return.

This place has gone downhill. Super dirty inside. We couldn’t find a clean table that didn’t have crumbs or plates on it so we had to clean our own table. The floors looked so disgusting. We ordered our food and they gave us our food in to-go containers because all of their dishes are dirty and just by the trash. It was awful Only a few pictures because i didn’t want to take a picture of every single table.

Was excited to get a bread bowl, because why else go to Panera? Ordered it with the wild rice and chicken and then waited and dreamed about that bread bowly goodness. When my name was called to pick up my food, my stomach screamed in excitement...that is until it was for them to then tell me that they were out of bread bowls. Instead, they placed into a regular bowl and gave me an additional piece of bread. Very disappointed. Why do they not communicate this to the people at the register? And why wait until my food is ready to tell me? They got 3 stars for service ONLY due to the person at the

Service only recieved 3 stars as drive through is SO SLOW. So if in a hurry, go inside to pick up "to go" orders or allow extra 20 minutes. Food is good thought 😃
