Worker stated their systems are always down at night… we arrived and systems were down, told us to use the app, but the app kept closing once we got to check out. had to enter our details for our credit card multiple times because the app would close and empty Our cart spent about 30 minutes here at 4 o’clock in the morning with no other people just for a meal. Can’t call this fast food. Worker told me that it is normal for a order to take a half hour at this time and that the machines are always down at this time didn’t offer any apology and we spent actually 30 minutes just waiting for them

Amazed at the poor reviews. I am not sure people understand that this location offers a different experience than any other DT in town. Our food was fresh and delicious. The service was great. Happy to get a "Barstow Taco" so close to home. I will be back again soon.

I just want to say Ive only been here twice recently both times after work around 12 pm and both times have been long waits but also busy the older lady working the drive through was super nice and apologetic about the wait and was very nice and the food was great and not skimpy at all I just tink they may be under staffed and could use some more help due to the amount of customers there were but I wasn’t in a hurry and was very satisfied with the service thank you
