Went on a Sunday early morning and it was busy with 8 people behind counter and I ordered 4 different drinks. Mine somehow lost. They don’t announce when done so I waited a bit and asked and it was like where’s Waldo. At least I got it.

Avoid the drive-thru in the mornings, roughly 8:30am-10ish am, unless you want to be backed up onto Monroe Ave. The drive-thru and parking lot are not big enough to accommodate the line that builds up. Parking in the lot could also end up trapped by the drive-thru line. Never had any issues with my order if I go inside to order, but during peak busy hours sometimes drive-thru orders can be wrong (sausage egg and cheese on a bagel instead of the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant I ordered). I used to love this location 😢 The morning manager is terrible at what she does. She is very unprofessional. The fowl language she uses to her employees and customers is something I've never experienced before. She does not belong in managment what so ever. I felt uncomfortable being inside waiting for my order. The way she looked at me and even addressed me was completely uncalled for. Hostile environment for workers and customers. Ordered off doordash, they threw my coffee roll loose in the bag alone with everything else, got both sandwiches wrong too. Sandwiches were also ice cold even though the dasher got to me in a timely manner. These people do not care about their customers.
